Am I eligible for the Good4you Health Cash Plan?
You are eligible to join the Good4you Health Cash Plan if you are aged between 16 to 65, reside in the UK, Jersey or Isle of Man for a minimum of six months each year and are not a professional or semi-professional sports person. When you reach 66, your cover will still continue and your premium will not increase just because you get older.
Claim money back easily with the Good4you Health Cash Plan
Claiming cash back is easy and for optical, dental and chiropody treatments you can even do it online. Simply pay a set monthly amount by direct debit, and pay for your health treatment as normal. Complete a claim form and send it to Westfield Health, together with any supporting information and they will pay your money directly into your bank or building society account.
