The specialism of the nose and nasal passages (also known as
rhinology) deals with a very wide range of problems of these systems
such as nasal and sinus disease, nasal structural problems and snoring
disorders. As well as sinus surgery and treatment of severe snoring
problems Rhinologists may also provide cosmetic surgery for the nose
(rhinoplasty).
The professional association for Rhinologists or nasal specialists is the European Rhinologic Society.
